*Delays and Waiting: Please note that due to the group tour with multiple guests, delays and waiting will not be taken into consideration.

*Border Crossing: Border crossing is subject to the border immigration department's strict regulations. Any rejection will not be the host's responsibility.
*Food Consumption: No food consumption is allowed on the coach without the driver's permission.
*Damages: Any damages to the coach or any property assets, including hotels, will be penalised.
*Inappropriate Behaviour: Any inappropriate behaviour towards co-travellers, hotels, coaches, drivers, or tour managers will result in immediate action.
*Hotel Check-in and Checkout: Please note the applicable check-in and checkout times at the hotel
*Payment: Full payment is required for confirmation
*Tour Cancellation: Tours cannot be operated at the last minute due to bad weather or new government rules, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
*Itinerary Changes: Operators reserve the right to change or shorten the itinerary due to time constraints
*Delayed Passenger: If a passenger is delayed in reporting to the meeting point, the payment will not be refunded
*No-show Passenger: If a passenger is a no-show, the paid amount will not be refunded.
*Package Price: The package price may change at any time
*Operator's Inability to Operate: If the operator is unable to operate the package, the full amount will be refunded, excluding Oman visa fees.
*Oman Visa: Visa for Oman included in the package will be a visa on arrival. If the Oman immigration authority denies the visa, the tourist must return to the UAE at their own expense. The tour package's paid amount will not be refunded.
*Dress Code in Oman: Oman is a conservative Middle Eastern country, and therefore, a modest dress code is advisable. Men are required to wear long pants, shirts or T-shirts, and avoid revealing clothing. Women should preferably wear loose clothing that covers their arms and shoulders.
